Whisk together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup milk, oil, and egg. Whisk wet and dry ingredients together. Add 1-2 Tbsp. of milk to desired consistency. Cook on griddle at 350 until golden brown. I calculated the nutrition information per pancacke when using a 1/3 cup ladle for each pancake and 2% milk. Makes 5 panakes.
