In med. bowl combine all ingredients stirring while incorporating. Allow batter to sit, while you have a pan heating on the stove. Spray the skillet with cooking spray and heat over med. heat.Once pan heated, pour batter into pan in 1/4 c. rounds and cook till golden and edges are bubbling. about 2-3 min. Flip and cook on other side for a minute or so more ..transfer to plate..and you are ready to dig in.
