Here is how you make Quick Whole Wheat Pancakes:

Lightly spray griddle or skillet if not a non-stick item. Heat griddle or skillet. In a large bowl add all dry ingredients together. Next, add egg, milk and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Batter will probably be real thick, to remedy this pour 1/4 cup water slowly into batter until a manageable consistency. Measure out by 1/4 cupfuls onto cooking surface.
