Here is how you make Strawberry Whole Wheat Pancakes:

Mix together the first 5 ingredients. Pour both flours into the bowl, without mixing. Add salt, soda and powder. Gently whisk until mixed thoroughly. Chop strawberries and add to the mixture. Spray a griddle with cooking spray and heat to 350. Using a serving spoon, ladle 2 spoonfuls onto the griddle per pancake.
