Combine dry ingredients in medium to large bowl. In 4 cup bowl or measuring cup, beat eggs and add the rest of the wet ingredients until mixed well.Blend wet ingredients into dry ingredients mixing until wet.The easiest way to make this many pancakes is on a large griddle, but use what you have. This is just a plug for my Presto large griddle. I can make 5 pancakes at a time on this baby.Drop in 1/4 cup portions on hot griddle and cook as normal.Serving size is 1 pancake.
