1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
1/3 c. sesame seeds
1 c. chopped dried apricot or raisins
1/2 c. coconut
3 tsp. Ener-G egg substitute
4 Tbls. warm water
1/3 c. nonfat instant dry milk powder
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Here is how you make Pyramid Pumpkin Granola Bars:

Mix Ener-G egg substitue and warm water until blended. Then add the dry milk and vanilla extract. Mix well. In a separate bowl add remaining ingredients and mix well.
