Here is how you make Quick Quiche:

Place turkey bacon in large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly browned. Drain, crumble and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray 9 inch pie pan with Pam Spray.Line bottom of pie plate with cheese and crumbled bacon. Combine egg substitue, melted margarine, onion, salt, wheat flour and nonfat milk; whisk together until smooth; pour into pie pan.Bake in pre-heated oven for 35 minutes, until set.
