How Do I Make Vegetarian Quiche?

Here is how you make Vegetarian Quiche:

Preheat oven to 350. Place pie crust in pie pan and poke holes in bottom of crust. Bake for 9 minutes take out of oven. In a large bowl add eggs, milk, and sour cream and whisk. In a Sautee pan add onion, garlic, mushroom and pepper. Once veggies are softened add fresh spinach, cook until spinach is wilted. Add veggies and cheese to egg mixture pour into pie pan and cook for 25 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes. Makes one 9inch pie pan.
