1 package frozen spinach
3 plum tomatoes, chopped
1 cup dry oats
2 tbsp ground flax seed meal
1/4 cup cold water
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 tsp dried Dill weed
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Italian Spices
1/8 tsp ground Nutmeg

Here is how you make Eggs, Veggies, and Oats Quiche:

Combine oats, ground flax, half of salt (1/4 tsp), and dried italian spices in a bowl. Beat olive oil and cold water together to thicken. Add to dry mix. Add extra cold water as needed. Press "crust" into bottom of glass pan. Drain frozen spinach and add to a bowel with ricotta cheese. Mix in remainder of vegetables, spices and egg whites.
