Soak all seeds separately in water for an hour and rinse well. For flax seed, soak with 11/4 cups water and do not rinse. Chop nuts how you like them in your granola. core all apples and cut into about 1/2" cubes. I do not peel mine. Mix all ingredients except maple syrup. Once mixed well then add the syrup. This is a large batch and you need a BIG bowl. use a large pasta pot or a bucket. I have a nine tray dehydrator and it fills all the trays, with about 2 1/2 cups on each.
