I eat this as part of my Raw Diet. It is very filling so I usually turn this into 2 mini meals. I will have it as a meal and save the rest for a snack.I also do not use milk, even a Raw nut milk so I blend the bananna with water to use as my liquid base.

1. Measure out 1/4 cup of dry steel cut oats and put in a bowl and cover with water.2. For the next 48 hours you need to change the water every 8 to 12 hours. Just drain the water and then soak again.3. Blend 1 small banana with 1/4 cup of water. ( I use my Magic Bullet for this) This makes your "milk: 4. Cut up the pear in bite size pieces. Add to the soaked steel cut oats with the chopped walnuts. Stir well.5.
