Here is how you make Egg Rice Scramble:

Heat olive oil in pan. Add onions and cook until softened. Add ham and frozen vegetables. Cook until the vegetables are defrosted. Stir eggs and rice together and add to mixture in pan. Form into four patties. When underside is browned, carefully turn. (The mass is a bit soft.) Place a tablespoon of cheese on top of each patty.
