Here is how you make Colin Acre's Fried Rice:

While rice cooks, cook bacon, scramble egg, chop green onion to a bowl. Remove bacon to cutting board to cool while egg cooks (pancake style, not scrambled). When bacon is cool, cut and put in green onion bowl. remove egg to cutting board to cool while sauteing green onion and bacon together. When onion is mildly cooked, mix in rice in parts removing lumps. After all rice is added, mix in soy sauce.
