1) Mix 1/2 cup of sugar, 1 tsp salt, 2 pkgs. of yeast in bowl.
2) Heat 1 cup milk and 4 T. Crisco to 130 degrees
3) Add milk then mix. Add 1 cup of the flour
4) Beat with mixer until smooth
5) Add 2 eggs and add enough flour (approx 1 cup) with a spoon to form a soft dough. Let rise until double in bulk. Approx. 1 hour
6) punch down and divide dough into two
7) Roll dough into a 6 x 14 rectangle and brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamin.
8) roll and cut into 10 slices allow to rise covered for 1 hour.
9) bake and cool then top with mix of 2 cup powdered sugar and 2 -3 T of milk mix to make a paste.
