The ingredients for Sandwich Machine Omlet are:

4 lg. eggs well beaten with 2 Tbsp water
2 strips of Fit & Active Turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
4 small button mushrooms, chopped
2 Tbsp onion chopped
1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1/2 cup Sargento mild cheddar cheese, shredded

Here is how you make Sandwich Machine Omlet:

Mix all ingredients together except cheese. Spray wells of sandwich machine with cooking spray. Let machine heat up to proper temp. for cooking. Fill each well (mine has 4) with egg mixture. Close lid and cook until omlet is set. This may vary from machine to machine. Mine took about 7 minutes give or take. Open lid of machine and top the omlets with half of cheddar cheese. let sit there for a few seconds with lid open so the heat will start melting the cheese. Remove from machine and serve.
