1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, brown sugar and vanilla extract.2. Pour half the egg mixture into a large baking dish. Place the bread slices in the baking dish and pour the remaining egg mixture on top.3. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.5.
