How Do I Make Eggs n Sauce?

Here is how you make Eggs n Sauce:

Beat eggs with some added water until mixed well. Heat a non stick pan sprayed with cooking oil over medium heat. Brown ground meat in pan. Remove from pan.Add 1 teaspoon olive oil to pan and saute the zucchini and onions until tender. Remove from pan and keep warm.Spray pan again if needed and add beaten eggs. When eggs are beginning to set on the bottom add the meat and the ricotta distributing throughout the egg, Add black pepper. When eggs are just about set add sauce to pan and mix into the eggs.
