6 Ole high fiber flour tortillas (cut into 1/2 " strips)
4 (4oz cans) green chiles drained
2 lb turkey breakfast sausage
1 large onion chopped
1 Tbsp garlic
1 can sweet corn
8 oz shredded Monterey Jack cheese
6 whole eggs
1 1/4 c egg whites (8 egg whites)
1/2 c 1% milk
1/2 tsp each cayene, cumin
2 med tomatoes sliced

Here is how you make Southwest Sausage Bake:

Brown turkey, onion and garlic together & drain Spray 13x9x2" pan with nonstick spraylayer 1/2 of tortillas, meat mixture, chilles, corn and cheese in pan. Repeat layer with other halfBeat together eggs, egg whites, milk, and seasoningsPour over cheese evenly.Cover and refrigerate overnightRemove from fridge 30 mins before baking.
