(I cook several apples at once and adjust water accordingly, then place 4 apple quarters and 1/2 cup cooking liquid in individual containers and freeze. Cuts down on the amount ice needed to make smoothie consistency).4. Place apple, 1/2 cup of cooking water, milk, peanut butter, and Carnation breakfast essentials powder into blender. 5.
