Core and dice the unpeeled apples (the recipe called for Golden Delicious, but I only had Pink Lady and Granny Smith on hand - I used one of each) and add them and the milk to blender. Blend for about 2 minutes.Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth.Each serving is about 2 cups.* I really liked the flavor of this smoothie, but the "chewy" in the title means just that... you have to chew it. I had mine with toast and almond butter for a very filling breakfast, I enjoyed it but just found the prep was a bit much for a smoothie...
