Here is how you make Quad Berry Smoothie:

The night before, freeze yogurt into 1oz ice cubes. When you are ready for your smoothie, put three yogurt cubes into the blender. Add 1/2 cup each of frozen strawberries and frozen triple berries (r, black and blue). Add 1/8 cup powdered sugar then pour 1 cup of orange juice into the mixture.
