This berry-packed smoothie is my favorite. Lots of berries for vitamins and fiber. Frozen berries make it thick and icy without watering it down. The yogurt is a good way to sneak a little more calcium into my diet! I always feel more energetic and upbeat when I have this smoothie in the morning. I only add a tablespoon or two of the sorbet, but you can omit it for a no-sugar-added smoothie.
