You could also buy ground flaxseed meal, but I think that its better to start with the whole food.Add the milk and about 5 pcs of ice into the blender and blend until smooth.Next add the banana, raspberries, and ground flaxseed. You could substitute with any type of fruit you like, I like banana because it makes it sweet without adding extra sugar.
