You can use frozen strawberries but that changes the weight. I weighed mine before freezing. Place one cup milk in a glass container and set in freezer for about 10 min to get reallly cold. Place single serving container of yogurt in freezer as well. Pour milk, yogurt, and berries into a glass or blender. I used a stick blender, but any blender will work. Put lid on blender or cover the container with a paper towel, you will get splashed! Blend until thick and creamy. Taste and add sweetner as desired.
