What Are The Ingredients For suuzzee's sourdough flapjacks Recipe?The ingredients for suuzzee's sourdough flapjacks are: 2 cups white, unbleached flour2 cups water 2 large eggs slightly beaten 1Table spoon sugar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda How Do I Make suuzzee's sourdough flapjacks?Here is how you make suuzzee's sourdough flapjacks: Do not use any metal bowls or utensils when making this recipe, use glass, plastic or wood. The evening before..... take 1/2 cup of sourdough starter and put in a large bowl. Add 2 cups of flour and 2 cups of warm water. Mix well, cover loosely and let set overnight in a warm spot , free from drafts. The next morning take 1/2 cup of this mix and put back into the sourdough starter jar. Now take the bowl with the sourdough "sponge" and add 2 large eggs, 1 Tablespoon of sugar and 1 tsp of salt. Mix well. Put one Tblsp of this mix in a small cup and mix in 1 tsp of baking soda. Now add this back to the rest of your batter and mix well. To make one pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto a medium hot griddle sprayed with "PAM" cooking spray. Cook until most bubbles have popped and flip to other side. ( Serve with your favorite topping, mine is homemade raspberry jam.) This should make 2 , four inch pancakes per serving! You can make this with 1 egg, but it taste great with two.
