Makes 1 serving. Preheat a large skillet on high heat. Spray a non-stick pan with nonstick cooking spray (this step is very important, you don't want the eggs to stick!). Cut a hole out of 1 slice of bread using a cookie cutter or a small juice glass. Place the bread into the pan & crack the egg into the hole being careful not to break the yolk.
