4 Large Eggs
Small splash of milk
4 Tbs Sharp Cheddar Cheese
Pepper to taste

How Do I Make Sharp Spinach Scramble?

Here is how you make Sharp Spinach Scramble:

Wash and chop or tear spinach leaves to size you want. I use about 1/4 cup. Crack eggs into bowl add spinach, milk (just a splash try not to add too much b/c you don't want watery eggs or just omit milk) and pepper. Whisk until mixed well. Spray a small skillet with Pam (not added into nutritional info). First warm Pam and skillet over medium heat until warm so the eggs don't absorb Pam flavor. Pour egg mixture in pan and scramble until done to preference. Add cheese put lid on pan and turn burner down to low. Let cheese melt for 30 seconds or so. Serve hot.
