Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.On stove top cook the frozen spinach in the tomatoes and garlic until done. In a separate bowl whisk together eggs and milk, season to taste. Pour egg mixture in to spinach and tomatoes stir to combine a bit. Cook until egg starts to harden. Add one cup of cheese on top. Than place in oven until egg mixture is done and cheese is melted.
