I love McDonald's Steak Bagels, but I refuse to ingest all that fat, sodium, and calories! Here is my lighter version of one of my favorites. Adjust it accordingly to your eating plan and taste buds. I have also left out the egg or the turkey, but this is a good alternative to still get a "meaty" taste. Add whatever veggies you like, or use a meatless crumble or sausage alternative. I just used what I had on hand. The laughing cow cheese is my sub for the McDonald's bagel sauce.
