I love McDonald's Steak Bagels, but I refuse to ingest all that fat, sodium, and calories! Here is my lighter version of one of my favorites. Adjust it accordingly to your eating plan and taste buds. I have also left out the egg or the turkey, but this is a good alternative to still get a "meaty" taste. Add whatever veggies you like, or use a meatless crumble or sausage alternative. I just used what I had on hand. The laughing cow cheese is my sub for the McDonald's bagel sauce. Here is how you make My Version Of McDonald's Steak Bagel:

Makes 1 serving.Split and toast your bagel. Slice your veggies and set aside. Heat a small nonstick frying pan- add a spray of Pam if needed. Cook 1 egg white with a dash of black pepper as desired. Spread 1 serv. of laughing cow light cheese on each side of your split bagel. Top 1/2 of your bagel with cooked egg white. While pan is still hot, add 1 turkey slice to warm through or cook your meat alternative. Top the egg white with the turkey, add your desired veggies.
