1 c strawberries, cut into fourths
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, unsalted


How Do I Make Strawberry Blueberry Buckle?

Here is how you make Strawberry Blueberry Buckle:

Sift 2 cups flour, baking powder, and salt together. Mix 3/4 c sugar, 1/4 c butter and egg in bowl. Stir in milk. Add flour mixture,strawberries and blueberries to milk mixture; do not overmix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Mix 1/2 c sugar, 1/3 c flour, cinnamon, and 1/4 c butter in bowl. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375 for 45 min. (If you use frozen fruit you may need to increase the baking time so the middle isn't doughy.) Makes 8 servings.This also works with any different kind of fruit you might want to include.
