How Do I Make Soyalicious Strawberry Fields?

Here is how you make Soyalicious Strawberry Fields:

Pour soymilk into blender, add peanut butter followed by protein powder, then ice cubes. (DO NOT BLEND yet - You want the ice cubes to small kine melt) Defrost the strawberries for 30 seconds in the microwave then add to blender. Blend ingredients first by pulsing on high for 15 seconds. Then blend for 30 seconds straight.Pour into glass, top with flaxseed and down it.Head to the gym!!! :)Makes 2, 8 oz power shakes (or slightly more if you use more than 6 ice cubes & more liquid - as in adding small kine water - than is listed). ***NOTE: The substitution I swapped out was nonfat soy milk for 1% milk and I omitted the 1/2 c low-fat vanilla yogurt. You could add 1/2 c soy yogurt (vanilla, strawberry, or plain) from Silk or Whole Soy brands if you'd like though!!***Number of Servings: 2Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user NOHEALANI.
