Here is how you make Strawberry and Maple Puff Pancake:

1) Preheat your oven to 400' F2) Place everything except the lard into a blender and blend. Set aside. 3) Heat a large cast iron pan, and place the lard in it to melt and get hot. 4) Pour the batter into the hot pan. Place into the oven and bake for 20 minutes. 5) Once baked, remove the pancake immediately from the pan, place on a cutting board and cut in half. Place each half on a plate, and top with sliced strawberries (or other fresh fruit). Top with a drizzle of syrup and whipped cream.
