9 x 13 inch pan makes about 10 servingsPreheat overn to 450 degreesMake batter in 2 bowls. One for wet, the other for dry.In wet bowl place egg beaters & milk and wisk briefly to mix.In dry bowl place flour, Splenda and salt substitute. Mix.Now slowly pour wet ingregients into dry ingredients, wisking constantly so no lumps develop. Batter will be very thin.Place butter in 9 x 13 inch pan & place pan in 450 degree oven for 2-3 minutes so it melts but doesn't brown.Remove pan from oven and swirl melted butter to cover interior of pan.Immediately, pour batter into hot melted butter pan.Bake at 450 degrees for 25-40 minutes until ?ggkaka has risen, is lightly brown and center is cooked.Remove from oven.
