How Do I Make Scrambled Tofu?

Here is how you make Scrambled Tofu:

Boil lentils until tender and drain. In a pan spray oil, Pam or whatever else you normally used to ensure that your food will not stick to bottom. Mash Tofu with a fork or potato masher and add to pan along with the lentils. Add Onions, bell peppers, turmeric, and black pepper. Sauté for a few minutes allowing all flavours to blend.
