Here is how you make Mushroom Tomato Frittata:

Directions:Preheat broiler. In a large oven-proof skillet, saute garlic in olive oil for about 1 1/2 minutes. In a large bowl, whisk eggs and tomatoes until blended. Stir in both cheeses and the oregano.Pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Drop mushrooms into egg mixture evenly distributing. Reduce heat to low and cook for about 10 minutes (DO NOT STIR!!)Remove from stovetop & place in the oven broiler (about 6 inches from broiler) for3 to 5 minutes, until eggs are just set & frittata has started to brown/cheese has started bubbling.
