4 (1 ounce) slices reduced fat (RF) cheddar cheese ( I prefer swiss)


How Do I Make Breakfast Turkey Stack?

Here is how you make Breakfast Turkey Stack:

Heat oven to broil. Combine turkey, syrup, sage, cayenne, salt, pepper, and ginger in a mixing bowl and mix well. Divide into 4 patties. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; cook until patties well browned and cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Remove from heat. Lay turkey patties in a single layer in a baking dish, top with tomato; season with salt and pepper. Top each slice with 1 cheese slice; broil until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes. Serve hot. These are great to patty up and cook on the weekend and toss them in the fridge for the week. Then in the morning you just heat the patty in the microwave, top with tomato and cheese and throw it under the broiler for 2 minutes.
