1/4 t Dry Mustard

Here is how you make Turkey Bacon and Gorgonzola breakfast burritos:

- Cook the turkey bacon until it's crispy, then put it on a paper towel to drain the grease off. (save any grease that's in the pan). Add the butter to the pan.- Mix the egg beaters, pepper and dry mustard, then add them to the pan. Cook on MED-HI.- When the eggs are about halfway done, crumble the bacon into small pieces, and sprinkle it over the eggs, distributing evenly.- When the eggs are done, divide into 4 equal parts, and put into tortilla shells.
