Fry hash browns in the olive oil until tender. Make eggs in pan with spray oil on it to keep it from sticking. Cook turkey sausage until done. When finished preparing all the above ingredients then separate into 8 different 2 cup microwavable bowls or mix all together for 1 meal. I layer the potatoes first, then eggs,sausage, and last cheese. Put bowls in freezer and take out when needed. Cook in microwave until all ingredients all hot!
