Here is how you make Turkey Sausage and Cheese Omlette:

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with PAM.2. Cook turkey sausage links according to directions on the box. Once cooked, remove from pan and cut into small pieces.3. Spray the pan on medium-heat with PAM again. Pour egg substitute in, and season with salt and pepper.4. Watch as the egg white begins to cook. To make the cooking even inside and out, lift and tilt the pan so that the excess egg white in the middle will pour to the edge of the pan, and replace on heat. 5. Once the egg appears to be almost cooked in the middle, top with cheese, turkey sausage pieces, and any other vegetable toppings.6. Using a spatula, flip one side of the omlette over to close the omlette. Let it cook for a few minutes, then using a spatula, flip the omlette over to the other side to cook.7.
