Here is how you make Ground Turkey Goulash w/ Rotelli:

Start with boiling water and adding pasta for about 10 minutes. While the pasta is boiling, heat 2 TBS of olive oil in a pan, add chopped onion and red pepper and let it saute for 2 minutes. Add ground turkey and stir around as it browns. Season with salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Let it brown through and add jar of pasta sauce, allow everything to cook for about 15-20 minutes on medium. Add sour cream and smoked gouda and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes as cheese melts and sour cream blends in. Drain the boiling pasta very dry and then add to the sauce, stir and blend everything thoroughly without breaking pasta.
