Here is how you make High Protien Turkey and Spinach Omlet:

In a small bowl combine egg, egg white, and milk...beat til well blended.Put frying pan over med-high heat...add a small amount of olive oil...add Spinach and Turkey breast til Spinach is wilted and turkey is warmed.Pour egg mixture over top.Salt and Pepper to taste.Allow egg to cook tilting pan to all sides distributing egg mixture everywhere...Lift sides and continue turning pan to distribute wet egg to outside. Just before you flip mix in a sprinkle of cheese saving a pinch. Flip omlet and sprinkle remaining cheese.
