1. Chop Green Peppers and Turkey coarsely and place together in bowl.2. Chop onion and tomato and place in seperate bowl.3. Add three eggs, Garlic Salt and Tabasco to seperate bowl and stir briskly.4. Add Olive Oil to Frying pan and heat.5. Once Olive oil is hot, add turkey and Green peppers.6. Strr contiusly and allow green peppers to wilt.Once the Green Peppers have wilted add Tomato and onion. Allow onions to wilt.6. Add egg and cook until eggs are cooked.7. Remove from stove. 8.
