12 medium egg whites
1/3 Cup non-fat milk

1 Cup chopped white mushrooms

3 Tablespoons minced/crushed garlic
18 Flour soft taco tortillas
36 tablespoons med. taco sauce

Here is how you make Vegetable, Turkey and Egg Breakfast Burrito:

Brown ground turkey, drain and set aside. Fry chopped vegetables and garlic until well cooked. Drain well and set aside. Put eggs in a bowl and spice as wanted, add milk and whip. Scramble eggs. In a large bowl combine eggs, turkey and vegetables. Put 3-4 T filling into a tortilla and cover with 2 T taco sauce and 2 T shredded cheese. Roll into a burrito.
