There are many ways to prepare this (bowl, whisk, etc) but the easiest/fastest/least messy way is:1. Pour 1/2 cup cereal and 2 tbsp blueberries in each bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon.2. Pour 1 cup of milk into the blender bottle and add protein powder, vanilla torani, and extra sweeteners. Drop in the Blender Ball and screw on the cap tightly. Shake up for a few moments--that's all it takes!3. Measure out approximately 2/3 cup of your protein-milk blend and pour over bowls of cereal. DIG IN! A delicious, healthy snack/breakfast for two!**NOTE: these servings are made small and meant to be "snack-sized" as I usually have cold cereal before going to bed and just want something light to hold me over.
