In a separate bowl melt butter, whisk in eggs and egg whites, and milk. Add cinnamon, stevia, and vanilla extract. Add wet ingredients to dry. Allow to thicken a few minutes. Pour into hot waffle iron. Only fill each section 1/2 full as they plump up a lot. I use George Foreman waffle iron and this recipe makes 14 waffle that way. That is what the nutrition is based on. Might want to sub the butter for coconut oil to save a lot of fat.
