Here is how you make Healthy Flax Waffles:

1. Heat waffle maker. 2. Grind your flours and flax (if needed). Mix all dry ingredients together in large mixing bowl. 3. In glass measuring cup add vanilla, oil and water and mix. 4. In smaller separate bowl beat egg whites until soft peaks form. 5. Combine wet ingredients to dry and stir gently to make a runny batter. Don't over beat! 6. Add egg whites by folding them into the batter. Be very gentle when folding them in. It's okay if there is a few spots of fluffy whites in batter. 7. Spoon mixture on hot waffle iron.
