2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups lowfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)
nonstick cooking spray

Here is how you make George Foreman Grilleration Perfect Morning Waffles:

Melt margarine in the microwave. In a medium bowl, combine dry ingredients. in another bowl, whisk the eggs lightly and stir in the milk, vanilla extract and melted margarine. Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just blended. Preheat grill on High. When the green light goes off, coat with spray. Spoon about 1/2 cup of batter on each side of the bottom Waffle Plate and close the lid. Cook the waffles for 3 1/2 minutes. Check the waffles and continue cooking to a golden brown.
