Add egg whites, cottage cheese and protein powder to a blender and mix until smooth. pour the batter on a non-stick surface (can spray with PAM), and cook like a big flat crepe until quite browned on one side. Gently flip the crepe looking wrap with 2 flipers to finish cooking the other side. Once cooked wrap the chopped bacon and red peppers and cheese inside the crepe and roll it up to eat like a wrap. You can mix and match your fillings, or just eat it alone with a bit of syrup, or spread peanut butter and low cal jam on the inside.
