Here is how you make Hi-Power Yogurt:

1. Add 1/2 gallon of skim milk into a large pan and bring to 176?.2. Add the powdered milk and blend into the heated milk and stir until all lumps disappear.3. Pour into a container to cool. I used an earthenware crock. Let mixture cool to 106?.4. Take a portion of the cooled mixture (1/2 cup or so ) and add the yogurt to it and mix well. I use a hand blender.5. Add to the total mixture and then place in a yogurt maker for approximately 8 hours until the mixture is firm.
