Here is how you make Whole Wheat Apple Pancakes:

Mix together white flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda and sucralose. Make a well in dry ingredients. Combine buttermilk, egg substitute and oil. Stir together wet and dry ingredients until moistened. Stir in chopped apples. For each pancake, pour 1/4 c batter onto hot cooking pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and spread into a 4-inch circle. Cook until tops are bubbly and edges look cooked. Turn and cook other side. Top pancakes evenly with Apple Topping.
